When i tried to check in, my prepaid reservation was not in the computer. Even after i redolved it with phone calls, it still took an inordinate amount of time to get checked in. The bed soread had a burn hole, the bathroom light had no cover. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. normally, i wouldve demanded a new room,or a refund to leave, but we were extremely pressed for time, especially with the extended checkin.
