Inflexible Management
Terrible experience. The first time we stayed there it was ok. For our second trip, my daughter got sick while we were traveling and we called ahead to say the we weren't going to be able to make it there by Friday night, could we please postpone our reservation to Saturday night and we would be glad to pay any difference in price or fee. They said no! If we weren't there by Friday, we would be charged anyway. This is horrible customer service, especially for prior customers. We will never make a reservation at this hotel again. I would advise that you don't either. You may come to regret it as we did.

Great Motel on Lombard.
One thing i thought was bad business was they had somebody doing some sort of drill work right behind the counter while 2 customers were trying to check in. I felt like that was bad practice.. other than that, check in was easy, the neighborhood is better than people say.. its a VERY convenient location to the wharf, north beach, marina etc. Parking was accommodated.. the room was a good size, big bathroom, hot shower, great a/c. Will stay again.

Great location
Excellent location, price, very clean suite. A lot of step noise coming from upstairs. It says breakfast included. It is only black coffee and bread. No breakfast room. Good customer service.

Don’t do it!!!!!!!!!!!
Had to wait 30 minutes to check in while manager was running around doing nothing. Then had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned and keep in mind it was 530 pm. The bed was so hard you would be more comfortable if you slept on the floor if the carpet wasn’t so old and dirty. And don’t get to excited about breakfast, it’s watered down orange juice and donuts.

Inexpensive but not worth the price
Hotel was in very dated condition and in need of complete update. Bed was uncomfortable and the room was very noisy. People walking in room above us was very noisy and had to keep tv on to drown out the noises from above. Not a good experience and I would definitely not stay at this hotel again. Inexpensive but not worth the price.
