We pre-booked and prepaid for our stay - arrived to find a "closed" sign on door. It took an 1/2hr to get checked into our room. Cold water tap didn't work on sink (husband had to turn on valve), then proceeded to drip all night. At 4:30AM we were awakened by shouting and laughter from adjoining room. There had to be at least 70 empty rooms and management thought it would be "ok" to put rude guests next to us. In the morning there were ants crawling on our luggage and refrigerator. No prepared breakfast - desk clerk gave us cash and suggested McDonalds. To top it off, when we returned home I checked our credit card statement and found that they tried to charge us twice for our prepaid room. Contacted Expedia and they gave us credit back..Thank you Expedia! All I expect from a hotel is a clean room and a good nights sleep - this hotel FAILED.

Won't stay there again
There was no hot water, the toilet in my room was dirty and every time I flushed it, the pipes creaked and groaned (loud enough to wake up everyone around me at night), the clock didn't work, and the TV kept adjusting volume by itself.

The curb appeal was disappointing. I wasn't sure what the inside would be like. The lobby was ok. The laundry area had a bad smell coming from the trash can. The ice machine was turned off. The breakfast had plenty of choices and I was not disappointed with it.
