What a pity…
The room and bathroom were recently refurbished to a good standard. Room 601 is next to the lift but I was not aware of the lift while in the room. The view was of a brick wall. Perhaps we had the brick wall because we complained the second time we tried to book in. The 1st time started at about 1300 hours, the receptionist answered various phone calls and after 15 mins said he could not find a room. available. We left returning at 1845 and after 35 mins had our key. I used online check out at 0745. Around 1100 I received an email inviting me to use on line check out. They had one monitor available for check in and each time it appeared they were using it for the first time. This chain needs to make their IT suppliers sort this out or get a system which works. A total nonesense.
