Trash ass hotel and staff!!!
Do your self a favor a stay away for this hotel they stole my USA passport lost my flights back to the states, the so called manager at the front desk did not even care or bother to wanna help. Take your money else we’re.

So many things were wrong the first night of our stay. And that was just the beginning. 1 the shower flooded. I went To the front desk around 7pm to let them know, they said they will have maintenance go fix it. Time passes no one came. I’m tucked in bed and I fall asleep around 12:30am someone comes knocking at our door. Of course we get scared we are sleeping and already tucked in bed. I get up and call front desk that someone doesn’t stop knocking. They said that it was maintenance. WHO COMES THAT LATE AT NIGHT?!?! Second My mom turns on the blow dryer and it exploded it was on fire. When you need help or assistance at the front desk you’ll be waiting for longer than 30 mins standing in line when you are the only one standing in line. One of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The property is beautiful. Rooms are clean. Great service at the restaurant. Long waiting time anytime you needed something from front counter staff and they were not friendly. Elevators were not working properly and there was long wait times for elevator service. I would give this hotel another opportunity again and hope they are better staffed at the front counter.

Be prepared to wait a while (1 hour for me) to check in. Its great for families since there is a family pool, especially for kids. Walkable to just about everything, the food was okay and some of the staff was friendly.

Part 1>My family and I stayed at Emporio on 1/20/23 to 1/23/23. I paid for a Privilege Club ocean suite. Upon checking in Adriana helped us and gave us room1119. The room had no internet. I called the front desk and Fatima transferred me to IT guy who claimed he didn’t hear me and hung up on me, the view was bad, there was a old looking hotel on my right that blocked sunset, the balcony was missing a chair, and the shower drain was plugged. I requested that same day Friday to be moved to a different room with a view, internet, and unplugged shower drain. I was told by Bryan at front desk that they were fully booked and to go Saturday morning because he said I needed to check out at 11:00 and check back in at 3;00pm which I thought it was ridiculous because i was already checked in guest. We felt defeated went back to the room. The next morning i go down to front desk and request to speak to the manager Oscar. He tells me the same thing as Bryan from the night before. He said he had a room for us and it would be ready at 4pm. In the meantime he had us take all our suitcases out of the room 1119 and to come back at 4:00 because he claimed they were booked to capacity. We hung out by the pool but had plans that we had to cancelled because we had to wait for room at 4:00. Around 2pm I went to my floor and saw that 1113 was available then i went back down and asked Oscar to move us there. He said he had another room for us on the other side but it wasn’t ready.
