Everything about this hotel and the staff it’s five stars they do know what customer service is all about. From the moment you drive in the valet parking, The bell desk, front desk, room service, maid service, pool servers and the flavors of food. Are the best in the world. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with great amenities. The breakfast buffet had excellent options, and the pools were fantastic—we really enjoyed them. The hotel was very clean and worked well for traveling with a partner or children. The only downside was that the power kept going out during both the day and night, which was inconvenient. Aside from that issue, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
