Poor
Might be worst motel stay ever; definitely top 3 worst. At check-in, I asked for a room on 2nd floor and was denied even though the parking lot was at >20% capacity (I counted about a dozen cars the first night). All the guests were condensed into a small area, so everything was loud: room doors slamming constantly that rattle the building. The parking lot is right outside the rooms, so there is only a 3 foot buffer between cars slamming their doors and your bed. Property and room are completely outdated. Furniture is from the 70s, and the nasty green carpet from the 80s. Peach colored paint. Some weird heating unit attached in the middle of a wall that smelled like it was leaking gas. The bathroom was disgusting! Mold growing all over in the toilet/shower area. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Shower curtain rod was barely hanging on the wall. Lost almost all water pressure one night, and when it came back, the water coming out was brown. None of the towels were white; most were a light shade of gray. WiFi was ungodly slow (typically only 13 mbps). Complimentary coffee in lobby had no lids for the cups-?! I tried to get my 2nd night canceled through Expedia to no avail.

Good
We booked 2 rooms through Expedia and scored a $44.00 a night per room with king sized beds. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a small continental breakfast that comes with your stay. The internet speed wasn't great, but it was usable. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, which we found strange, as we've never stayed in a motel that didn't have them. They do have a microwave in the breakfast area that you can use, but they only allow it to be used during their breakfast hours (7am-10am), as they don't want the strong smells of some foods permeating the entire reception area. They do have a small coffee pot in the rooms and provide pre-filtered coffee, along with creamer, sugar, sweetener packets, unfortunately, our coffee pot didn't work correctly, but I did let the front desk know, so they could replace it before their next guest checks into that room. I did notice that the grout in the bathroom needs to be replaced or bleached, as there were some black areas around them. Also, the bathtub floor needs to be bleached and scrubbed, as it was grey. *It was made out of that bumpy material that can be hard to clean properly. The heater worked very well and heated up the room very nicely. The view from our motel room was breathtaking!

Owner sucks, smelly rooms!
Service was horrible, the Indian male (who I'm assuming is the owner), has no personality whatsoever. I asked him if we could check in early because we had a long drive and it was already snowing outside so it was too cold for me, my husband, and son to take a nap in the car. The room has been ready since 1pm (as evidenced by the curtains wide open and unoccupied room) but he made us wait until after 4pm to occupy it. Sure enough, it was the same room that has been cleaned since 1pm! He is surely about his business and have no empathy. When I asked him if we could wait in the lobby sitting area while waiting for the room, he hesitated in letting us sit there. He saw how tired we were but continued to say "no rooms are available until after 4pm." I finally had it and said "you're lying because I see that at least 1 room is clean." He didn't even say about an extra charge for early check in or anything, which I would've paid for because we were so dang tired! I hope he reads these reviews..it might teach him how to run a business. Plus the room smelled like urine and the bathroom was disgusting,we ended up not showering there because it was nasty! I gagged the first time I went inside it. It's so nasty.

Needs to be updated
I picked his hotel because the photos made it look really nice and it boasted about the view. In fact I paid extra for a room that was marked "room with view" because we were bringing our daughter to the snow for the 1st time and wanted to have a beautiful view for her to behold while in our room.. well.. we had a lovely view of the stair case. I asked the hotel staff about the view promise and they said they never list rooms with a view becaus NONE of their rooms have a view.. so I'd have to contact Expedia about it. Another problem we had was that all of their wifi and cable was down because of an accident somewhere. Which I understand because that's out of their control.. but maybe I would have been ok with thatnof our room at least was as nice as it looked in the photos and had a view. Which it did not. The room was extremely plain and in dire need of updating. The bathroom was pretty gross.. they need to bleach the tub or at least take a magic eraser to it. Also, that free breakfast is the worst continental breakfast I've ever seen.. white bread, cheap dasishes, oatmeal and cereal. Milk and oj. That's it. In short.. I'm not coming back here.

Booked 2 rooms - same time, same transaction, 1 king/2, 1 queen/1. The rooms were in totally separate buildings. The single was in an unlit alcove behind a wall, around a dark corner. My sister was outright frightened to stay there. Asked for a safer room, manager argued she books this room every night w/no complaints, totally disregarding my sister’s feelings of un-safeness. The manager’s attitude was annoyance, not customer service. Eventually given alternate room but only a couple of doors down from original room. Only way to get a room closer to ours was to pay $100 extra. People who book their rooms together, in the same transaction are traveling together and want their rooms near each other. - Safety latch on single room missing “ball” half of latch - providing no safety. - 4 of 5 lights in king room didn’t work. Went down to lobby, told a light switch runs all these lights. Where was switch? Totally hidden behind window curtain. - Most power outlets didn’t work and those that did were so loose they were barely usable. - Hair dryer GFI circuit broken. - Vanity light in dressing area didn’t turn on at full power. Manager came to look at it, left and never came back. - Water in sink in queen room was brown. - Construction workers drinking beer out of coolers in parking lot for hours. - Phone charging outlet on one lamp only worked intermittently. - Wifi connection only worked intermittently. - Wifi pw didn’t work at all. - Ect... Don't waste your money.
