Just “OK”
I chose this hotel for its closeness to Sea-Tac and its shuttle to the airport. All good on this point, excellent and helpful service from the driver. There were no hot water cups nor cold water cups in the room. When I asked at the desk “there are none in the hotel, our supplies didn’t come in”. I would have thought service would be some private effort to obtain what was missing at least for those who came to the desk?? The hotel seemed older and not updated though the bed was comfortable and the shower strong. For the cost I expected a bit better, there are also a lot of taxes on travelers on the rooms.

We didn’t learn until 2 days in that they do no housekeeping in the rooms at all. The shuttle didn’t come to pick us up when we landed because it was out of service. We had to take a cab because we had a lot of luggage. The front desk was rude. Always. The restaurant staff and the free parking were the best things about this place.

Hotel Experience
The check in process was horrid. Only one person available. When I asked about dropping our car off early and catching a ride back to the hotel, she replied, "You can walk". Are you kidding me? She said or you can call the shuttle and I asked about a number she grumpily wrote it on a sheet of paper. It was the wrong number so when we took the car back we kept getting a busy signal and a shuttle never did come. This was at 7:00 at night. We finally got a taxi and paid $20 to get us back to the hotel. Early the next morning we took the hotel shuttle to the airport and the seats were so filthy dirty is was disgusting!! They can't clean these once in a while? The beds were comfy but it was dirty around the bath tub tile.
