We stayed during the Memorial Day holiday weekend so it seemed as though they were understaffed and had people working that didn't seem experienced. While the Americus Hotel was nice the service was not very good. $25 for valet service. We waited at least 20 minutes for our car and the hotel was not busy. Nice hotel but service not very efficient.

The hotel itself is lovely. They seem a bit understaffed. Service at breakfast was challenging- they brought me a plate of used/open creamers and butters. The room, thought very comfortably sized, had room darkening shades significantly narrower than the windows, so sleep was rough.

Great Hotel
One night business trip in this newly renovated hotel from Allentowns heyday. The staff could not have been friendlier nor more accommodating. I want to mention Bebbe at the front desk as she was amazing and a credit to the hotel. The rooms are large, well decorated and simply done well. The owners have put a lot of money into this and the results are evident. If you go to the Allentown area stay here, because it is a great hotel and the owners deserve to have our business and successful for the risk that they took and what they have delivered
