Hotel Palacio Estoril, Cascais

Beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff.

Good old style hotel . Large comfortable seating areas on the ground floor. Cosy Bar. Lovely airy coffee shop looking out to garden and pool. Good daily breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious and very clean . Room service in 20 mins. Excellent service in general with friendly staff. Hotel located very conveniently in Estoril. Lovely view of the sea. Nice large swimming pool area. Railway station to Lisbon across the Main Street from the hotel.

OMG! This hotel is amazing. It's liking traveling back in time. If you are looking at it, you will already know its history and lore. As someone who went looking to see if it lived up to its time capsule quality, I could not have been more delighted. I felt like I was walking into a Cary Grant and Grace Kelly movie! The service was impeccable. The rooms felt like they had changed little in many decades, but somehow still seemed impeccably maintained. The staff was so excellent and friendly. The bar was like being in a movie. The breakfast was superlative. I want to live here. The view from our room was breathtaking. Thanks to the entire staff. What a wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palacio

Stayed one night in between visits to Lisbon and Algarve - great home base to visit Sintra from. Overall, the hotel was very grand and we had a pleasant stay. We found the room was in need of updates/attention to detail. Our air conditioning, tv and wireless were all broken and the pillows were paper thin. A pleasant surprise was the spa and dynamic pool - very cool experience!
