A Mixed Bag.
The place is convenient to downtown Banff and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. It is showing some wear and tear and was pretty noisy, especially the plumbing from adjoining rooms and the heater. Internet was spotty and Rome had food crumbs on floor when we checked, but they quickly cleaned it up. It's defent for the money, but there are probably better options in Banff.

Nice hotel, great location
Nice hotel in a great location, and reasonably priced. But don't count on the wifi. If you can get on, it is very "iffy" and slow, even in the lobby.

Never again
It was a bad experience. Took more than half an hour to get a parking spot. Had no wifii through our entire stay. No air conditioning in the room on a summer day.

Limited parking
There are more than 80 rooms and about 60 parking spaces. We had to park on the street, there is also limited street parking.

Pros: Hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is fine, but nothing special. Cons: Too loud! Across from a construction site right now (April 2016), not well sound-proofed, and even the mini-fridge woke me in the night. Also, way too hot. It was sunny and about 15C that April day, which heated up the building, apparently. The evening was cool, and with the sliding doors open, the room cooled off. However, when we went to sleep, we closed the doors, and before long it was too hot again.
