It’s challenging to operate in a time where the COVID-19 has taken a hold on how we are able to travel. The Grand Hyatt was exceptional in handling of this, and very prepared to ensure as well as possible your safety. As always there are guests who still don’t respect the social distancing, or wearing a mask, this is not the fault of The Grand Hyatt. Great modern rooms. Easy to check in. Very professional staff with the guarantee of a peaceful and safe environment. ** What was lacking was the variety food for dinner, due to the pandemic. The breakfast was good, not great. There is no drinks, nor snacks in the room** Overall the hotel is exceptional and I would recommend.

Grand Hyatt is always a great place to stay: beautiful and spacious room, great amenities. I was shocked, however, with the television set quality. It must be upgraded immediately. Also to consider - hefty room service prices, from dishes to delivery.
