Incorrect payment info - starting the LONG process
I had booked this room on behalf of Colleagues from China. When someone came to pick them up and help them check out, they were told the rooms were not Paid for but they were. So Now we’ve paid for 2 nights twice and I have to start the long painful process of trying to Get the refund.

Great Hotel with Free Happy Hour
Great place to stay. This place offers a nice evening happy hour that includes free drinks and free food. Decent hot breakfast as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I accidently booked my room for the wrong date and it was a nonrefundable rate. The hotel allowed me to change the date. I was really grateful for that. Thanks Drury! The hotel is easy to find as it is right off of the freeway. You will not go wrong staying here.

Wet bed!
My bed was wet and they refused to move me and no linen services were available after 7pm. I did have a late check in, missed the nice perks offered by this chain, but this location is not like the others I have stayed at. I have arthritis and was looking forward to a hot bath after a day of travel but my room only had a shower stall. Service at breakfast was warm and personal, but the night staff could use some lessons. Also, my room was really dusty with dust bunnies on the lamps and around the furniture. When I checked out I told the day manager of my experience and nothing was said, no apology offered. I expect better from Drury.
