Good location but not clean
One of the beds was dirty. Looked like someone slept in it and the bed was remade without changing the sheets. Had sand in the sheets.

Pros: This Days Inn is basic. For the price and need at the region. Staff are pleasant and accommodating of guests. Nevertheless, there is major room for improvement. Cons: I have 2 big concerns about my stay here... ...first: there is a really strong odor, cigarette fumes in the hallways of the first floor where our rooms were located. It is borderline unbearable and considering this hallway has little to no ventilation "this" is concerning for non-smokers. Being the occasional cigar smoker it bothered me to put this in perspective! Never mind a child or people who are rarely exposed to it. Second: Prior to my booking here I called their front desk and SPECIFICALLY inquired about their pool water temperature) which I was told on the phone was at 80 degrees. Upon confirming my reservation, arriving, attempting to use pool, the temperature was anything BUT 80 degrees. It was incredibly cold to swim; I find deception unforgivable! I would rather someone be honest and upfront w/ me and say no, the pool is cold and that's just how it is, then to say the opposite because this is the sort of thing that outweighs the positives. . . even if 'swimming' is not a necessity in a hotel. If you're looking for an absolute basic place as a last minute option this is it folks but go in w/ low expectations, otherwise you're bound to be disappointed.

would stay again!!!
I was a little worried after reading the reviews, was not excepting much however I ended up being very HAPPY. The hotel is right off of highway, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Had an issue the first night with the tub not draining but one call to the front desk and they had it fixed very quickly. Rooms clean, bed comfortable...great value!! Had breakfest one day and it was good- staff kept supplies stocked and everything clean in the eating area!! very good place

Not so good, no so bad, just okay.
Not a great hotel to stay unless your intention is just to find an economical option to have a comfortable stay overnight. Not so bad, not so good - Just Okay I'd say. Breakfast was good. Room was reasonably clean. Bathroom was not so good, but ok. This hotel is located at the quite neighborhood. There is nothing around. Good thing is the hotel is just off of I-93 exit 27, so it just a highway touch.

Great place to crash after adventuring
Great place to crash after adventuring. We stayed at the end of June. The hotel was mostly empty and very quiet. There is a beautiful river and covered bridge across the street.
