Better Than Expected
I needed a place to stay while attending a conference. My requirements were a mini-fridge (to save on the cost of eating out) as well as a microwave and free wi-fi. What I found beyond that was a single serve coffee maker (definitely needed caffeine when I woke up) with single coffee filters and cups, wooden hangers for my clothes, a clothes iron and full ironing board, a hair dryer, as well as a deliciously comfortable bed! I left my room early in the morning and came back after 9:30pm the first night to find my bed had been made, fresh towels had been replaced, and even the coffee packet and cup I had used was replenished! I was so nice to feel taken care of. All of those little things really helped make my stay easier. Check out was a breeze. I turned in my key and that was it! It was also really close to the highway (I couldn't hear any noises outside once my door was closed). I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

One of the best economy hotels in Phoenix
For the super low price I paid, this is the best hotel in Phoenix that I've been to so far. I will definitely book again in the future. Everything was new, working great and clean. Plus, breakfast included. Pros: Very clean overall with a new remodeled interior. Nice wooden floor and tiles. Desk with office chair available. New flat screen TV, fridge and microwave. Ironing set. Hair dryer. Clean bed and sheets, plenty of firm quality pillows, but spring mattress seemed a bit old. Bathtub, shower working great. 2 soaps, shampoo and towels. Good lighting with 4 sets of lamps in the room. Decent breakfast with big dining area. Cons: Limited parking space on weekends (non-customers seemed to park). Not safe-looking neighborhood. Bathroom fan did not work so ventilation was poor with humidity and shower vapor. Walls are not really sound proof. Wifi was somewhat slow.

Don’t judge a book by its cover
Though this place was located in a not so nice area, it was a very clean and comfortable hotel compared the the one we stayed the night before that was in a more populated area of the city.
