The entrance of the holiday home is on the first floor of the house and via an internal staircase you reach the rest of the flat on the 2nd floor.
It consists of a large flat with open kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances. There are also 2 luxurious bedrooms and 2 high quality bathrooms.
For 5 or 6 persons, you can use the high quality sofa beds.
There is also a storage room for skis/ski boots and mountain bikes.
Nearby there is a swimming pool and there are also other sports facilities.
In about 450 meters from the house, you can take the ski bus, which takes you to the surrounding ski areas Kitzbühel/Kirchberg and Bramberg/Wildkogel.
Cross-country skiing, hiking and tobogganing can be done in the direct surroundings. We recommend the 14 km long toboggan run in Bramberg, which is the longest toboggan run in the world.
The famous waterfalls of Krimml, the Großglocknerstrasse and the Gerlospass are all in the immediate vicinity.
