This luxurious and modernly furnished home on the ground floor is quietly located on the outskirts of the village, Piesendorf, in the Austrian Salzburgerland.
As soon as you enter, you will immediately notice the pleasant atmosphere that this house radiates, due to its high-quality and warm interior. The two bedrooms offer space for 5 guests. The possible sixth person can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a spacious shower. A special feature is the beautiful garden with a lovely terrace from where you have a beautiful view towards Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn.
There is a communal wellness area with sauna where you can relax. The center with the nearest bakery and restaurant is about 300 meters from the house. The supermarket is 500 meters away. Here you can also go for a hearty breakfast before you go into the mountains.
In 10 minutes by car you are at the first lift of both Kaprun and Zell am See. You do not have your own transport at your disposal? No problem! The nearest ski bus stop is 400 m from the house. Piesendorf-Walchen itself also has a small ski area, called Erlebnisberg Naglköpfl. Here is a practice area with a tow lift (Naglköpfl lift), where beginners can learn to ski in peace and quiet. Airboarding, tobogganing and snowtubing are also possible here. The house has a ski storage room with ski boot warmer so you can get back on the slopes in dry clothes the following day.
In summer you can make beautiful hikes and bike rides in the area. You can easily park your own bikes in the garden of the house. However, you can also rent bikes in the area. In the fenced garden with cozy lounge set you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the Austrian sun.
