Great location, good option!
The hotel is in good condition despite is an old construction, make sure you don’t get a room near the elevators; it feels like sleeping in the Subway!

Upscale hotel in beautiful part of Mexico City
Upscale hotel in the Polanco area of Mexico city, a beautiful part of the city with lots of restaurants, bars and interesting streets. Located on the northwest corner of Chapultepec park, museums, walking paths, and attractions are within walking distance. Other than some missing amenities upon check-in, the stay was excellent with great service, an exceptionally comfortable bed and some great views.

Excellent location
Excellent location. The hotel is very clean, lots of staff on hand ready to help, very nice bar and dining options. The first night the air condition was not working. I notified them the next day and someone came immediately. I was told I moved the thermostat to the wrong setting. I called back an hour later to inform that it was still not working. Someone came and replaced a part that was not functioning. At check out I was asked "how was our stay?" I informed him of the a/c issue. I was told I'm sorry.

Fair 4.0
Not up to 5 stars
Room was like a fancy Holiday Inn. No pool at facility. At reception there is water or fruit. Consierge doesn’t have water bottles as many hotels of this category do. Again, no pool at the hotel. The jacuzzi or sauna was part of a spa that’s operated by an outside company and one had to pay for it. No OK for a 5 star hotel.
