The only real advantage was the neighborhood. Hoteln as average. Breakfast was horrible ( included ) and their amenities lacking. Better hotels in the neighborhood. I went with this hotel based on reviews. They must have been either written by their own staff of people that don't get out much. It says boutique hotel on the sign in the front. They should change it to Antique Hotel.

Problem with reservation.
Very upset with reservation process. When we arrived the hotel said our reservation had been canceled. After 20-30 min they were able to accommodate us. Hotel stay was fine. When we checked out, again no record of the reservation and they required me to leave credit card number to pay for room that had been paid through Another 30 min. To check out. This problem is very disconcerting and if hotel had been filled it could have been very unpleasant. This needs to be fixed if I am to trust booking process.

Perfect Hotel in Sao Paulo
Estanplaza Paulista is the perfect place to stay in Sao Paulo. It's not to expensive and you get a lot for what you pay for. It's a nice boutique hotel located just a few blocks (5 mins) from Paulista Ave. Paulista Ave. is Sao Paulo's Magnificent Mile (Michigan Ave. Chicago) or Times Square (NYC). Back to the hotel, each floor has only about 6 rooms and each room is a studio sized room with a good interior and amenities. Each room has a balcony, and ours had a good view of some of the buildings on Paulista Ave. The hotel is not only located near Paulista it's in one of the best, if not the best, neighborhoods in Sao Paulo, "Jardim Paulista". You will be near by many great stores and other sights to see. Nothing is too far and most everything will be within a 20 reel (Brazlian currency) or less drive. Let me not forget the breakfast, it was great and had plenty of choices. It's not any normal free breakfast I've had anywhere else. They have all hot freshly cooked items with fresh juices and fruits. There are too many choices! Some days they have an omelette station setup where you can get a fresh omelette cooked with ingredients you choose yourself. Overall you cannot go wrong with Estanplaza Paulista!
