Disappointing stay
Reserved a king room for the weekend to visit family. On arrival we walked into our room and was hit with a pungent wet dog smell. We asked for a different room because it wasn’t tolerable. They downgraded the room to a much smaller one with a queen bed. At the end of our stay we asked them if an adjustment could be made because the price difference of a smaller room. They told me they could do nothing because I booked it through a 3 rd party. We probably would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone we know.
