    Excellent stay
Excellent stay, we had a beautiful room on the top floor - it was quiet and clean. All employees were friendly and helpful and the food was good. We loved our stay and the access to Lambton Quay is brilliant

Again this was another wonderful stay at a Novotel hotel. My only critique that I would offer is that the beds were a little too soft for me and my wife. We are used to very for mattresses and these were exceptionally soft. Once more however, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and provided several good suggestions regarding restaurants as well as sightseeing opportunities and activities.

    Nice hotel, complicated navigating around
Nice room, clean, etc Some complaints about checking in: arriving at night I could not see any place to park for check-in, finally entered a garage area to park in the valet spots. Couldn't find an elevated so had to walk to the front to check in. Parking is $30 per night, which seemed too high. Walked a long route to Lambton Quay because I missed the sign stating the elevator is in the dining room. Complicating the visit was the fact it was Good Friday so almost everything was closed.

clean, pleasant hotel in a convenient location
The hotel is centrally located with an elevator down to Lambert quay. easy walk to the boardwalk, the cable car, shopping streets and Cuba street as well. The hotel is clean, room was large with a pleasant set up, modern decor, bed was super comfortable and amenities were all there including a safe. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean
