You reserve for a reason
We made reservations back in January for our honeymoon. We booked for a king size bed after we checked in, we get up to the room and have double twin beds we went back down to the check in desk and are told oh well a king isn’t available now we booked a king room and have a confirmation of it! How is it not available?! The gentleman then asked us if the twin beds were pushed together! That’s beside the point!! We booked for a king, we wanted our room our paperwork had a room # on it that wasnt the same # when I asked about it, I was told they just put random #’s I argued with the gentleman until we were finally given our king room, which should have never been an issue to begin with

A great place for couples.
Overall, it was a mostly positive experience. All inclusive is way to go. Almost every single hotel employee was very friendly and did all they could to accommodate us. Beach is amazing, great pool and bar space with plenty of room to relax in and out of the sun. A few minus points (and not major) were that we were not able to make reservations in preferred restaurants because you need to book days ahead so when we got there it was almost too late. There was however a very good selection at the LARGE buffet area with great choices so we never missed a good meal. One of our sinks were clogged and draining very slowly. We called to get it fixed, but no one showed up to fix it during our stay. Lastly, we weren't left wash cloths by housekeeping for our last morning. I called at 6:00am and then again at 8:00am for wash cloths which were never sent to the room. Again, these aren't big deals, just small things that were disappointing based on all of the other outstanding experiences.

Avoid at all costs
Absolutely horrendous hotel….Everything about it is of poor quality…Room, food, ambience, service….All below par. They rely on the fact they have a beautiful beach on their doorstep however this is completely packed with people. Staff at the hotel openly admitted that the footprint of the hotel is far too small for the amount of guests they have resulting in everything feeling crowded and cheap.

Good Value for Money
A fabulous break, all-inclusive was excellent with lots of Variety. Staff very welcoming. My only thing I wasn't so keen on, was it was an extremely busy hotel, sometimes felt there wasn't space to breathe. But did enjoy the holiday & location
