Great apartment
Very Good apartment, nothing fancy, no staff on site, everything functions well, no issues. Make sure to read emails to understand the access code process. Lots of amenities near by, close to the City Center. A little pricey for what it offers. Overall a positive experience.

Great location, AWFUL service
The good: Property is modern, spacious and with nice art touches throughout. Great location. The bad: We arrive in Oslo in the evening. Property said they'd give me a code for the door of the apartment by 3pm. Nothing. I emailed them and then I get a code like 1 hr latet. They clearly forgot. I get to the property at around 9pm and the code doesn't work. We are at the right apartment, using the right code and it doesn't work! Nobody answers since they closed already. There's no front desk. Is not a hotel is an apartment complex. My two kids are sleeping in the hallway next to our bags. Finally a good Samaritan (who needed to talk to management because he had equipment problems in his unit) finds an obscure phone number buried in the lease contract they send you and the maintenance guy answers his personal phone and remotely opens the door for us. After 2 hours! The property of course wouldn't take any responsibility and claimed they sent me the code on time and that it should work. They lied. So, great apartment, great location, AWFUL customer service.

Worst service ever - do not book
I booked this apartment for a family break where I could also work, so internet connection was crucial. When I checked in, the wifi did not work. I called the management no fewer than nine times during my stay to see about fixing the wifi. I also emailed five times. In every one of those calls, I was told that they were “looking into it” and “addressing it”. However, no action was taken. No technician or staffer was sent over. No replacement router was offered. I was repeatedly told it would be fixed. It was not. Also, the place stank. Literally. There was a heavy smell of beef and sweat in the hallways.

Hello? Anyone?
We would have liked some printed or online information about the apartment (where to put garbage, how to use tv, internet code, etc), as well as a specific description of checkout requirements. We left things very clean but couldn’t imagine how to launder and replace linens etc on our travel schedule - it seemed like this was a requirement in the very sparse checkout info!. No need for human contact, but there was literally zero information about the apartment or the neighborhood or transportation options - nothing.
