Absolute loss of words
The hotel issued a card to my room to a complete stranger, after I brought it to the hotels attention that I had been robbed I found out that the guy at the front desk had issued a card to a guy that I was going to hire to help me at a catering event who met me in the lobby. They did send me down the road in an Uber which I paid for to get a new key fob for my vehicle upon returning the owner said I don’t see anything on camera of anybody stealing anything out of your room so I guess no fault was on our end. Just know that when you stay here you’re taking everything you have at your own risk. hotels.com is almost impossible to get a hold of so day two after the incident I still haven’t gotten a hold of hotels.com
