The Casino Park is what it is. Quite traditional. If you are looking for ultra modern try somewhere else. If you want a relaxed, comfortable stay with great facilities , friendly staff and a great location it is well worth Considering

Beautiful View
This was a very nice hotel. The location is perfect! The rooms need to be updated. The beds were hard ( although some people like firm beds). The shower was rough because the shower head was not in the correct location and it was impossible to move it in the right direction. There were very few outlets. I couldn't straighten my hair in the bathroom because there wasn't an outlet and there was no other mirror in the room! The breakfast, which was included, was great! The pool was only opened till 6pm.

Location! Location! Location! Wicked views, great pools and spa centre! Friendly and professional service. Rooms are a bit dated, but if you are visiting Madeira to spend a lot of time in your room- you came to the wrong island. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Fantastic location, hotel, and service!
Great hotel, hotel facilities and breakfast were flawless. A great location for exploring Funchal, close proximity to amazing restaurants, and ideal for a base for exploring the island. In room was basic, but otherwise great service and great value for money! Would recommend!

The room was a little tired . Needed decorating and had a shower curtain and small shower head over the bath - shower curtains are unhygienic and the shower should be updated The balcony chairs were like pallets and really uncomfortable No kettle Apart for that everything was fine
