The rooms are nice and clean. But staff?! There is no staff. when you walk into the lobby you are greeted by a telehelp booking company all the way from India. I did not interact with one single staff or desk worker from the time I checked I until the time I check out. They sure aren’t busy. One of the busiest weekend in that area and 10 cars in the lot

The outside of the property was clean and no issues with parking. It was very evident the bedding had not been changed, the shower had hair all over the wall and chunks of body soap were on the floor walls. Long black hairs were in the sheets and on the pillows, very dirty. 5 AM the people above us started playing thumping music and partying, overall it was a terrible experience.
