We are long time customers with Expedia USA - We recently traveled to Germany and we booked a stay at the Hotel in question. We entered the dates that we needed the room - September 24 - 25th. for what ever reason the system booked 13th to 14 Oktober, we returned to the US on the 29th of September!! We informed the Hotel immediately about the mistake, they did not corporate, so back home we complained with Expedia USA, they referred us to Expedia UK and they refunded us the payment and the people at this Hotel never even attempted to help us, they charged us for a room that we never booked or wanted and without Expedia USA and UK we would have been left with a loss. We highly recommend for future travelers to bypass this Hotel, zero communication and zero corporation and the unwillingness to be helpful to customers and at the end making money without rendering any service, that is truly pitiful. Shame on you Hotel Sebastianushof!
