Service was ok, but breakfast was the best part. Parking was confusing and hard to find.

The hotel is beautiful and convenient. There is a mold/mildew smell that is overwhelming by the elevators, work out room and is noticeable at the front desk.

We stopped on route for a road trip. The hotel was very nice, rooms were very clean & the breakfast was very good… Now to the down side.. Parking.. is in a parking garage about a city block &1/2 from the hotel. And they charge $5 a night. You have to unload an load curb side on a busy street, still someone has to walk back after parking .

Comfortable stay. Great location. Close to restaurants. Wish they would offer non-dairy milk.

This historic building is beautiful and the downtown location great, but we were disappointed that the hotel did not offer the full breakfast buffet that we’ve come to expect at Hampton Inns. Also, we were charged $5 for”free” parking. Five dollars wasn’t bad, but the listing says “free”.

Wevery disappointing had to pay for parking on 2 vehicles first night and 1 second only because my friends that were going to stay left because of the suite we got put in. O and parking is on the block behind and half way down the street like 4 5 minute walk. One door in and out no smoking and was put on the 7th floor no view curtains that wouldn't close all the way dresser had cleaning spray all dryed up white on handles so did night standards and table dresser had two drawers that would not stay shut along with dust in them. The dishes were dirty in cabinets the coberd door under sink where trash can was had a nice sliver on the ebge that got me the cabinet above microwave had seasonings spelt but no seasonings had 4 things of coffee to make but only 2 cups and 2 sugar creamer packages and was supposed to be 3 people staying the couch with hide a bed had trash under it and cushions all torn up on the edges One remote for 2 tvs wall paper pealing of wall the heater/ac units both had unlocked doors and dirty filters and don't think it should be open to be able to get to pipes wiring ect the bench seat in bedroom had damages to it the shower head was broken towel rack was in shower too definitely a bad stay my friens left after a hour

Centrally located if you want to be downtown. NO PARKING AT THIS HAMPTON INN. Park on street if you're luck or a couple of blocks away at public garage or their limited facility. A homeless man entered building at 5 am; no one at front desk.
