Main light switches did not work. Door handle would not have opened if a stronger person was not turning it. Toilet handle needed to be held until if flushed . Not what I would have expected from this hotel. I have stayed at many of these chains in the past but prob not moving forward

Unfortunatèly La Quinta Inn by Whyndham should be condemned or rented out for horror movies. The room was dirty, old, moldy with cables dangling from the ceiling.They offer a shuttle service but forget to mention its for a fee and cashed based.The parking lot and hallways are filthy. I was given a room key, charged for early check in at 200 but took4 trips back and forth to the front desk because I was given the wrong room 4xs. I guess the overflow of a concert crowd made them confused.Decided to leave and drive home than to spend the night.We felt we we were in a motel out of a horror film. I wished we took pictures to warn others.

Would not stay again!!
Front desk check in was amazing! The 2 guys there that helped were so friendly! The hotel itself I would absolutely 100% NOT book again or recommend! Would not stay if it was free! I got charged more than was quoted, the pet fee charge was more than I was told over the phone. I booked 2 rooms & asked for connecting rooms & they said they had no clue what that was but yet 1 of the rooms we got was a connecting room & those ppl were so so loud. 1 room had fleas & palmetto bugs bad & that room also stunk! Beds were horrible. Thank god I packed bedding from home because the bedding they had on it was disgusting & looked like it had never been washed not just stained. Took forever to hunt down extra towels & we had to have our key cards replaced multiple times a day to get into the rooms, both rooms. We talked to the couple next to us & they were having the same key card problems. Floors were also very dirty!
