An unreceptive, receptionist
Our room was lovely: clean, appealing, comfortable. Our reception left much to be desired. There was a generator truck right below our window, making in an enormous amount of noise, as part of the rug cleaning process. When I asked the woman at the front desk when the noise and the cleaning would be over, her reply was“it will be over when it’s over“ a dismissive and unfriendly way to interact with a customer.
