I'm old, so I forget some things
I should have reviewed this hotel right after we stayed there, but I forgot. I also have forgotten if there was anything specific I should report. HOWEVER, I DO RECALL having had a good night's sleep, and that is always the main reason we stay in a hotel. I also seem to recall that the staff were friendly and accommodating, and that I had a good feeling about the place in general. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, should the need arise

Would stay there again.
Enjoyed my stay. Staff very nice and hotel was quiet even though close to main road. Fitness room & pool great. Miss the days when hotels had "bell boys" or someone to help with luggage.

Beyond pleased
My stay was great. Linda was amazing!!! She made sure to get me an early check in as I had a wedding to attend and needed to get ready on time. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and i will be staying again for sure.

A Mountain View? Guess Again.
Overall, this was a good place to stay. My only complaint is that I booked a "mountain view" room with hotels.com. To be sure I was getting the room I wanted, I called the Front Desk of the hotel and verified that I had a mountain view. I even asked if it was a good view or just a tiny suggestion of the mountain. The man told me it was indeed a good mountain view. When we got there to pick up the key, I again asked about the view. The woman checked the reservation and said there was no request for the view. She said she would check to see if one was available. There was one--a room that if you went to the farthest corner of the room and looked to the side, you could see part of the mountain. The view from the room was actually the pool. I was really disappointed since I took the reservation with the assurance that I would have a good view. Not sure who is to blame, hotels.com or the hotel, but it doesn't matter. I didn't get the room I was assured that I had.

We love The Fairfield Marriot! Great staff, clean, best breakfast, great location! It's our home away from home.
