Not what I expected from a BAYMONT property
No one at the counter when you check in. Had to call and wait for someone. Pool was cloudy and had a film floating on the top of water. Was very rundown on the outside. Tub was chipped

House keeping needs improvement
The only good thing about our stay was the midnight staff member was very friendly! The hotel seemed out dated and need of some maintenence. Our room had a spa tub and king bed. There was no signs of any bugs but apparent poor house keepers. When searching for bed bugs I found strains on the mattress protectors and the spa tub seemed dirty when i tried to use it. Even though there was a signed that said it was cleaned daily. If it wasn't for paying a lot of money for a concert in the area and arriving so late i probably wouldn't have stayed. Also the breakfast was terrible.

Won't stay here again, unless there are no options
I was traveling for business and this was the only hotel that had a room available. Now I know why. I stood at the desk for 5 minutes, waiting for the front desk person to arrive. When I picked up the phone call there she said she would be down in a few minutes. I understand it's probably a locally owned hotel and they are working to survive, so I won't blast them horribly. It is clearly a hotel that is recycling a lot of used furniture. My only real super issue was the incredibly dirty shower. Long hair on the walls and mildew was everywhere. By the way, I have very short hair so it wasn't mine.
