This hotel is IMMACULATE!!!!
Amazing stay! Room was immaculate! Bar was great! Love the bartender! Try his signature cocktail! The rooftop bar was off the chain with the best cocktails and a dj! I can’t wait to stay at this hotel again! Amazing!!!!!!

Valet Customer Service
Everything was good except for final day check out. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for valet parking to bring my vehicle after I text valet. I noticed what appeared to be a security guard sleeping on the couch, so I walked over to ask him if they were short staffed and told him I'm in need of my vehicle so I can get to the airport on time. He apologized and said he was valet and that the system was down. I heard that several times throughout my stay. I suppose the system needs to be fixed to avoid this type of service in the future.

Great location, perfect roof top bar
Staff was friendly, hotel was in a great location, valet was great. I picked the hitel for the pool but it was closed. This was disappointing but the weather ended up being gloomy so it worked out. The small cafe downstairs for both locations needed more staff. The roof top bar was absolutely amazing! Criston was our bartender and he made our entire trip perfect!

Wanted to find my happy place
Overall review: No one ever said hello, no one ever said thank you for staying with us, no one ever acknowledged anyone at the restaurant bar area. they would look at you but not say anything, no i'll be right with you, eventually they would circle around to you. The customer service was lacking. Hard to get any info from the front desk. When asked about restaurants or sights to enjoy near and around the hotel they had no advice to tell other than the lobby restaurant or the sister hotel breakfast / lunch restaurant. Just no forward facing happy customer service. When you check into a hotel you want to feel like you have arrived home. The Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis does not make you feel at home. Rooms: very clean, looked new, nice design Lobby Restaurant: limited food menu, full bar, clean nice modern design. If i go back to Memphis, sadly, I will look for another hotel and pass on Hyatt Centric.
