Great for the price!
The service was incredible! The staff was super sweet. Relatively clean and nice room for the amazing price. We did have a hard time sleeping in the bed though. It was pretty uncomfortable. We probably should have asked for a few extra pillows. Guests were very noisy too, but that’s no fault of the hotel itself.

Very disappointing
This was an online reservation; I had explicitly requested a room on the first floor, as my husband is a disabled veteran. 1) When I called the front desk about 30min prior to arrival, we were booked in a 2nd floor room. There are no elevators, therefore not accessible for the hubby. The receptionist was very helpful and ask if we would accept a 1st floor room without heat, but she would provide a space heater and we could expect a $15 discount/night and we'd be moved to another, better room for the 2nd night. We did accept. 2) Two of the 3 handicapped parking spots were occupied by non-handicapped vehicles. 3) The replacement room was not made up well: the pillowcases were wrinkled (looked used - but we were promised, they were not and didn't feel like it), there were cigarette ashes in the bathroom floor and sink... In a non-smoking room. 4) The outside, the back of the hotel, looked unkempt and uncared for: empty fast food containers and plenty of leaves; the room next door had a stack of towels sitting outside. 5) The next evening we come back, our room had not been cleaned or made up - no bed made, ashes still in the floor and sink, garbage cans not emptied. 6) When contacting the front desk, again, many apologies without actions, and the promised "better" room was not available either, as they were completely booked. 7) Sunday morning check-out: The discount of $15/night was reduced to $10/night and no serious efforts were made to improve the bad experience.
