Take your family elsewhere.
Run. Rain away fast! The room was dirty. I didn’t realize how dirty until the morning light. It’s gross and dingy. There was a piece of metal sticking out of the bed that my young daughter cracked her head open on, so we checked out early and took her to receive care. Not to mention, the area was sketchy. There were transients asking for money in the parking lot and guests with paid companionship checking in with me. Sirens blaring all night. Not family friendly at all.

I forgot motel standards were so much lower than a hotel. The carpet was sticky and within 5 minutes of bare feet on the carpet my feet were black. The room itself was not bad. I just can't get over the disgusting carpet.

Bed bugs and not good parking for big vehicles
Had a truck with a trailer and no parking available for that. In fact, we ended up with a flat tire in their parking lot trying to get out so we could park across the road. And we also ended up with bed bugs.
