Hotel is dated. Room was dated, clean; sink was very low, sink handle came off in our hand. Our window had a crack in it. The breakfast was ONLY plain waffles. Appeared to be in a safe area. Parking lot had craters in it.

Upon first arriving you could tell it was no longer corporate-owned. Room seemed clean and it was quiet. Now for the really bad, the toilet kept running on and off. I ran out of toilet paper and there was not a spare in the bathroom. The mirror was still dirty. The microwave was dirty inside. The vending machines were not stocked. They masked bad smell with heavy cleaning smell, in the room and hallway. Now let’s talk about the so called continental breakfast which consisted of bread, waffle maker, cereal with no milk in site, water, apple juice, some orange drink, coffee with sugar and no creamer. Oh and it seemed as though people were living there as their residence. If I was not so tired upon arrival, I would have cancelled my stay and tried to get a room somewhere else.

I stayed here with my family and we had a really good experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so everyone slept well. The staff was kind and welcoming from the time we checked in until we left. They made us feel comfortable and were always happy to help with any questions. The breakfast was fresh and a nice way to start the day. For the price, this place was better than we expected. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

I had a great experience staying at Super 8 New Castle. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good working condition. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. They were always available if I needed anything and made sure I felt welcome. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. I also appreciated the value for money. For the price, the quality of service and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay without compromising comfort. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

2/10 Poor

The front office was clean and the clerk was very polite. I requested a first floor room, I am disabled. When we opened the door to the hallway to get to our room the odor hit hard. It smelled like mold, mildew, a lingering smell of marijuana, and cleaning products trying to mask the smell. We instantly felt ill. We took a few steps into the hallway and the carpet was drenched. Water came up over my shoe. We went to the office and the clerk offered us a second floor room. We declined. There was a man at the far end of the building sitting on a lawn chair with beer cans scattered on the ground around him. We did not feel safe. It appears that they are working on improving the property but it was not clean other than the office.

I had an excellent stay and this place is a great choice for anyone looking for clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodation. The room was spotless, quiet, and very well maintained with everything working perfectly including Wi Fi, microwave, and mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and made it easy to rest well after a long day Check in was fast and smooth and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. You can tell they care about guest comfort and service The property felt safe and peaceful which made the overall experience even better. Parking was easy and convenient and everything was straightforward from arrival to departure Breakfast was simple but a nice added value and enough to get the day started without any hassle Overall this is one of the best value stays in the area. Clean rooms, good service, and great pricing make it an easy recommendation. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to others looking for a reliable budget friendly option

This property is undergoing renovations and not as advertised. Very noisy and no continental breakfast provided as the area where that would be offered is currently demolished.

Towel guy was high as a kite, knocked on my door checkout day, sign says "under new management " give them a few months to right the ship. Stack of lumber 2x4's so lobby entrance way under construction. Heightened awareness of drugs just spent 2 1/2 days on Greyhound 3 deputies while bus serviced in Green River UT pop. 847 took our luggage out and asked each one of us if they could look through it. Kansas City dog on long lead as bus was serviced going into under carriage (luggage). Reserved a king room online weeks in advance. I was told there were no kings available when I arrived. Was given two queens. Room had food on floor throughout even in bathroom. Door on cabinet broken and lamps kept flickering. Staff took towels while we were out and never replaced them. Front desk only gave us 1 towel for two people when asked for clean towels. Keycard deactivated after one day on a two day stay. No elevator in building either. Hard caring bags to third floor after having shoulder surgery.
