The rooms looked like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks. There was hair all over the beds so led me to belive maybe the sheets hadn't been cleaned and the bed was remade after it was used.

REAL BAD !!!!
Worst ever! I never leave bad reviews, but this is an exception. The staff were ignorant and rude. Internet didn’t work all night, tv didn’t work for 2 hours. No breakfast, the pool was the worst I have ever seen, EVER! In retrospect, I should have called the health board about the pool. We left early, of course

The grand is under new management! I am very glad to say, It is cleaner the staff is more efficient they even help take your luggage to your Room It is cleaner the staff is more efficient they even help take your luggage to your Room. They were so friendly husband and wife team I'm so happy for them I will make this my get away spot, It feels safe comfortable clean And the people that stay there are friendly or should I say hospitable, Guess speak to you like you're not a stranger in passing. So on that note I'm extremely pleased and looking forward to my next day, It was our anniversary but it's gonna be my getaway thanks for being there and having affordable prices. I'll say God-bless much success congratulations and bye for now

they wanted cash for the security deposit. We dont carry cash. The giant at the counter said the website stated this. I called expedia who said it was either cash or card and got me a full refund. Thanks expedia! Shame on u giant cigarette sucking lying woman.
