Clean, not fancy
It's the only hotel in town, and it's pretty clean, not fancy at all. I stay there every time I go to Columbus but this time the bed was really uncomfortable. I think it's time for some new mattresses!

VERY nice hotel for the money!
The best stay I have ever had at a discounted hotel chain. Very clean. Very nice rooms. I usually do not stay at Super 8's due to past experience, but this one certainly changed my mind!

Decent for the price.
I spent a few nights here over the past few years and the hotel is starting to show signs of wear. For example our smoke alarm went off when I exited the shower and I was unable to stop the warning sound so I had to remove the unit from it base and pull the battery. I reported the incident to the front desk and told me someone would look at it later. Also the hallway carpets looked as if they could have used a vacuum. Back door camera apparently not working and was facing the wall. From the areas I visited looked like they could have been cleaned, repaired, or updated.

Poor wireless internet.
The hotel was average. Cleaning people were very nice. Biggest complaint - poor if any internet service. Wireless would not connect, I spoke with provider, the problem was elevated - was not corrected for our entire 3 day stay. We needed to connect for work and could not do so. We got the impression this problem has been going on for some time. If you need internet, do not stay here. Would not stay here again.
