this used to be a nice hotel
at first i was checked into a room with NO working AC (90 degrees in room), this wasn't communicated to me... i had to bring all my bags back down stairs and then back up to a room with working AC..... the following day i was out working on a record, and came back at 8pm (no DND on door) and my room had not been cleaned.... i called the front desk and they got it cleaned but yet another let down.... the final straw was when on my final day there was NO water / HOT water once fixed in my room, and a massive mess by the elevator on my floor from the broken pipe. upon check out i asked for any compensation due this triple threat of no fun during my stay, they adjusted the amenity fee. i asked to speak to the GM and also provided my card as he was unavailable to talk to any guests..... i was going to give them another chance, but it has now been 2 days and NO call or any thing else done to make this right.....

Cool, funky place
Great hotel! No complaints. The outdoor pool was heated, so we were able to swim, despite the temp in the low-to-mid 50s. Hot tub was nice, too. The hotel lobby bar was hopping in the eve; really fun & funky vibe. Microwave and mini fridge in room allowed us to take leftovers "home" from restaurant to eat next day. Coffee machine with espresso! Also, Continental breakfast in lobby 7-10 am all days. A friend also stayed there last year and said the A/C was awesome at night.
