Location very convenient for Niagara Falls attractions; everything at a walking distance.

Meh
The motel is pretty run down, the only staff member we encountered was a boy manning the front desk wearing ear phones and pyjamas. Free parking is a plus, walk to the falls takes 10 minutes. Room seemed neglected, stains on the sheets, mattresses nice and firm. AC loud but functioning. Bathroom appeared clean. We PAID CAD93 for the one night we were there, seemed expensive considering the state of the place. While there we saw ads for other places from CAD49

Niagara Falls Hotel
Quick, one night stop to visit Niagara Falls on our way to Toronto. Hotel was convenient location for our needs and met expectations at the low rate we paid. Clean and comfortable.

Meh
Booked here after deciding to stay an extra day in Niagara Falls. Our previous hotel had no vacancies. Look, we're not picky. Our stay was comfortable and cheap. But the hotel is rundown. There were holes in the walls of our room. That didn't affect us - just sayin'. Locals seem to use the easily accessible pool with ease, and some kids on bikes were hanging around the external stairway, with the doors to each floor propped open. Anyone could come and go as they please. Again, didn't affect us -- but people should know. We were comfortable, slept well, no problems. The hotel is just not in the best condition and security is lax. Would we stay again? Under the same circumstances (last minute booking, low price) - yes. Would we do so otherwise, given many other choices? Probably not. One positive - it's pretty close to the Falls and other attractions, to which we walked from the hotel.

Stay here at your own risk, not worth the bargain
Value is good, but you get what you pay for. Front staff not organized. Renovation, clutter on first flr. Room outdated, dirty looking. Holes in walls and sheets. Did not want to walk on bare feet on carpeting. Shower temp kept fluctuating from hot to cold. We stayed on a Fri night - loud noises, partying til early morning. At one point the staff (older man) opened our door without notice, woke and scared my family @2am. No knocking on dooror apology and continued to walk the halls. They do not have a proper hinge lock for safety. I will never stay here again.
