Great hotel, room far to hot.
Beautiful hotel in a great setting. Staff very attentive and always on hand. Room was of a good standard (super comfy room) and had everything you could ask for included. Bar area and restaurant very good. Only negative is, the room was a loft room, and although the a/c was set at 19 degrees. The room was uncomfortably hot, with no heating. We had to sleep with the window open all night to get comfortable. Outside temperature was only 10° so In summer I imagine it would be unbearable.

Mixed feelings
First off, the staff are excellent! Very kind and attentive. But room wasn’t the as described or shown in pictures. But when we questioned it they made it clear it was miscommunication between the hotel and hotels.con using old images etc. then changed us to the room of our choice. Great! The room though had issues, the tile in the bathroom had an unfinished raised edge in the doorway, within 5 minutes I’d stubbed and cut open my toe. Needs finishing.. The bath also sits with a tile surround around it. Looks amazing but is awful design for the shower, which collects water then spills it into the floor. A lot of it. Without 3 towels and a bathrobe the whole floor and would have flooded. We took images and videos to the main desk and explained the problem. They sent someone but obviously without ripping the bath out or adding a drain nothing could be done. But at least gave us extra towels. The aircon didn’t work. But on a whole the hotel is gorgeous and staff amazing.

I didn't like that they receive 50 euros per night as deposit and they require credit cards for this deposit. They don't accept cash. They hold your credit card and this decreases the limit of your card. When they release it, it takes a week for this hold to be released officially from your card.

Beautiful Property
The Property was very beautiful even though it was freezing outside. The staff were extrememly nice and always willing to help. I would however recommend getting new towls. The ones in the rooms smell a bit moldy.
