Hotel Ranieri, Rome
Not exactly as described.
On the description its says, that each room has air condition. What a surprise was it for me, to find that nothing is working in this hotel. We spend 25 minute to fix the safe box. The we found out that air conditioning is not working and is technically disconnected / switched off completely for the all hotel. SO NO AIR CONDITIONING, while its already so hot outside. The Twin beds are barely can hold a child. each one is less then 3 feet wide and due to the mattress you will be falling down if you on either side. We got Classic Double Room, which is extremely small.

Not amazing!!!!
Bad location. Picture of hotel is not what it is. Room didn't even have a pot to have coffee or tea in your room. Air conditioner didn't work.. breakfast was ok.. wouldn't stay there again..

Centrally located, reasonably priced hotel
The hotel is walking distance from Roma Termini Train station and most of Rome's monuments. our room was in the front of the hotel, and with the windows open it could be noisy. The staff was fine and the room clean . The breakfast was ok not great. The one issue I had was the room was up five flights of stairs and the elevator was just scary.

Great location
Check-in was friendly. Furnishings are a bit outdated, but the room was spacious and clean and it had a modern clean bath. Nice quality sheets, but the beds are too hard for my comfort. Mini bar is very expensive - $10 euro for a bottle of water. Breakfast was ok, lots of choices - healthier protein and fruit choices would be better. Windows open which I love for fresh air. Elevator is a great blast from the past. Location is great for a 5-10 minute walk to the Piazza della Republica for the Metro, restaurants, shopping, Hop On/Hop Off tour, etc. Area felt safe. Would stay here again or recommend it to others.
