Soooooo dirty in the rooms. Very visible dust bunnies, and I felt like I was going to get bed bugs. I'm itching right now just thinking about it. It definitely is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star. Bathrooms in dilapidated stage -- I stayed in a room with red curtains. I would suggest you stay in an upgraded room, or just stay in a different hotel. Both mattresses were also flimsy and you could feel the springs. The sheets were very clean and comfortable though.

If you request a different room you get downgraded
Unfortunately we did not like the tiny bathroom on the 4th floor where our room was located. The room had a nice view. We asked for a different room twice. The rooms we were offered were far worse. We ended up in a room on the first floor without a view and noise from the backyard. The room was a total downgrade. The breakfast was not good.

Hotel Cosmolita
The room itself was very good, the staff at checkin and checkout were also very good. My only issue was the staff at your adjoining snack bar/bar. I found the staff at this bar to be rude and unaccommodating. My friend and I went there on a couple of occasions and the service never got any better. Our server was rude and disrespectful, almost as if we were intruding. I hate to believe it was because of her age (young) but I can’t put my finger on any other reason, she was horrible.

Black mold/stinky
I’m surprised this hotel got over 8 stars!! The staff the first day were terribly unfriendly and unhelpful. When asked about a concierge the worker at the front desk had no clue what I wanted and handed me a map. The next day we had a helpful attendant at the front desk who made up for the first day. Our shower had BLACK MOLD everywhere (not to mention I could barely fit in it, it was way too small, and I’m not a big person) and the bathroom stunk up the entire room! We asked for it to be cleaned and they came up, dirtied the floor, but did nothing to clean the shower. The bedding consisted of a sheet! There was an old green rough blanket in the closet which wasn’t worth using (unless you wanted to sleep with sand paper). So the first night we froze, the walls were incredibly this and you can hear everyone and all the street noise. At best the location is what gives this hotel any stars for me. I felt like I could have stayed in a holiday Inn and It would have be less cleaner!!

When in Rome
The place was clean, in a perfect location and the staff at the front desk was amazing. Rooms are little small, especially the bathroom, but i think compared to my friends rooms, a few were a little bigger

Fabulous location! 15-20 minute walk to The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and 40 minute walk to the Vatican. Plenty of taxis available if needed. Shopping and food found the corner.

Disgusting
Only stay here if you are ok to live with Ants everywhere . They appear even after they clean up with all kinds of sprays . Air conditioned works sometimes only . Elevator goes out of order frequently . Locks are antique . Only good thing about this Hotel is its Location.
