Location was excellent, it was a short walk to the metro, Eiffel Tower, and Aquarium. Rooms were very clean and bit bigger than expected. Front Desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

All the staff is friendly. In fact they treated us like their family. Even taught us a french words. Whenever we come back from our day tours they always asked. How did your day went. They also recommended good places to eat and even give us a precautions about pickpockets when riding a metro. That's what you a best hotel treatment of all time.

The staff here was great and a pleasure to be around for our stay. They were very helpful and friendly. Only issue is that the heat was not automatic - by time I got back to my room late, I didn't feel like inquiring. This is a really cute boutique hotel, everything is tiny - but everything in France is. :) I have no complaints.

The rooms were ready when we arrived, however, the heat would stop from time to time, and you would have to go to the front desk to ask the attendant to reset it. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was for one and very cozy. Reasonably priced for the four-night stay. Although I did not have any trouble with the hot water in my room, both of my daughters complained about the hot water not working in their rooms. Breakfast should have been continental with the room. Just a bit pricey for a basic breakfast with no hot food. Overall, I would give it a rating of 3 1/2 stars out of 5.

The property was in an excellent location. Arc de Triompe, Eiffel Tower, Champ Elysees & the Louvre were all walking distance (7 to 40 minutes walk). Multiple nearby restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, salon, spa, boulangeries and many more. Our room was small but it was beautiful and clean. The hallways and the bedroom doors were outdated probably needs a renovation. Adel, the owner, is very sweet, helpful and pleasant. When I come back to Paris, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.
