Selfless Customer Service!
This is a stellar hotel, like the Hilton-branded Hampton Inn next to it. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is free in the adjacent city garage. But the staff's help was over-the top...Jackie, the staff member at reception, went well beyond the norm. We were in need of a US flag for a military ceremony at the university across the street, and Jackie cheerfully brought us the flag, pole, and base. She saved the day! The hotel will be converted to university housing in the near future, but Jackie and many of her coworkers will transfer to the Hampton Inn, and that's where we'll stay in Pikeville, so we can continue to enjoy their great service.

Don't go here they almost charged me $500
The room smelled like smoke . Had dog hair in the bed . Then they wait 2 days and charged my card another $250 because smoke smell when we don't smoke . But yes I could smell smoke

Very nice and convenient to the arena. The restaurant was closed and there were not a lot of dining options in walking distance so plan on driving or delivery for dinner. Room was wonderful, corner view, microwave, refrigerator, super quiet and clean.
