    not worth your time

    first of all, I checked prior to the booking if the pool will be open, the staff said that if everything will go by the plan (corona obligation wise) they'll open the pool on March first. no one ever mentioned anything else and the pools were approved to open. we came to the hotel and we were told that the pool isn't ready yet (it was after 2 very sunny weeks and it happened on March 22th). disappointed we went to our rooms, to find out what a dusty room we got. the concierge was unfriendly and rolled eyes at us every time we asked something. the key to the room stopped working twice every day. I returned from the hot tub in a robe and had to go to the concierge in a robe because the key stopped working. I know that usually electronic keys don't do well with phones but we were extra careful and it has nothing to do with it! not to mention that the staff broke accidentally an expensive wine bottle we brought with us and gave us in exchange a cheap undrinkable wine buttle, and made it seem like we are making drama over nothing. accidents happen, but we thought we would at least get something at the same price. the stay was disappointing. not worth the stay in my opinion.
