Decent hotel
Friendly nice hotel. It does need updating but it seems that is in progress. Cookies amd coffee greet you when you come in in the evening. Breakfast is decent. The people were friendly. Thanks for a pleasant change and keep working on the updates and cleaning.

The Good and Bad
Service was great and workers were polite and helpful. They were remodeling the 3rd floor and some rooms on the other floors, so some places weren't as clean as I'm sure they would normally be. Was to be a pet free hotel, but I saw a guest on the elevator taking a little dog outside for a walk. Not good when others are allergic or hoping for some time away from animals.

Avoid this place, the manager is horrible.
They didn’t get my hotels reservation and didn’t have any rooms available when I got there so I had to get a new room at a different hotel and then this hotel not hotels.com charged my card. I then called to get the charger fixed and they said they would call me back. The manager that called me back screamed at me, told me I was a liar, and a thief. I’m a cancer patient who wanted to go on a trip with my husband. I will never stay at a best western ever again, to not have a room and to charge my card $95 so I had to go get another room for $170 and got charged for both. The manager was horrible and speaks to his customers in a horrible manner. Don’t stay here or make a reservation here unless you want to be charged for not even staying there.
