Worst experience on a hotel. Look other options.
This hotel start showing his age and need to be remodeled. Let's start. Since part in a lower level below ground, it has a smelly sewer. Stairs to go up into lobby has no climate control and just regular temperature and for Hermosillo then to be high and hot. Floors are dated and need to be changed. Room has small toilets very outdated. My room has a hole on ceiling and no extra pillow. In order to use an iron for your clothes you get a tiny iron board and for me very hard to use. Hair dryer didn't work and no staff available on midnight. This can be easily changed.

No hot water, unable to provide a clear answer to the problem. The condition of the rooms are less than desirable. This is obviously an old hotel that's in great need of care. Little amenities that you normally expect in a hotel that's three or four star this did not have. Little things such as a cup in the bathroom for assistance in the end of the day activities we're missing. The coffee maker has just one cup inadequate for two in the room. This could hardly be called a three or four star hotel
