Luxury feel in the neighborhood
Love the neighborhood as I used to live there so I love the walkability to shops, restaurants and bars but was even more pleasantly surprised at the luxury feel to the hotel. Great rooms. I wished for a bathtub but that was the only thing lacking (and hard to find in city hotels anywhere). So pleased with the balcony, rooftop views of the whole city, pool, gym and great breakfast spread. Would gladly stay again and even better with a good value rate from this site.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant nor the health club

Improving - Decent for Business
This hotel has improved a bit in the past few years. I have stayed often due to business and just went back after being away for a while. Wifi has improved a lot, which was frequently a problem in the past. Staff is always great - even remembered me! The neighborhood is safe and pleasant and always easy. A great bonus for a traveler particularly in SP.

Wonderful, except the food!
I come to this hotel every time I am in Sao Paulo for work. I have stayed 5+ times and will continue to do so. All I would add is that the Wifi is horrible and that the quality of the food is not good. Everything else is wonderful!
