Dirty and dated / Good location
The location is close to many attractions and the falls. The view was great, even though the windows need a good cleaning. The service was average. What I disliked the most and the reason I wouldn't book this place again is because the rooms were dirty, smelled bad and very dated!!! I dealt with it because it was only 1 night but never again. Yuck!!! Oh and parking not included tack on another $10!

Great Place to Stay in Niagara
It was great staying here. Better than the other place which we lost $100 to the same night because it was so horrible the night before.

Dated
They put us in a room where someone vomited. It smelled awful. They gave us a different room the next day but didn't even apologize and didn't even offer any credit. A free breakfast would have sufficed.

Old needs many updates. Air conditioning was terrible always too warm in room. Towels very thin. Hotel was sold. Hopefully new owners put some money in it. Only good thing is you could see fireworks from room and the volcano erupt. Elevator got stuck had people trapped for over an hour. Hotel staff very good. Breakfast buffet attached was very good.
