Very noisy and not relaxing.
Room was nice. Bed was VERY firm (not my thing), and the blinds let in a lot if not all of the light into the room. No blackout curtains here? Also, my room was right next to the supply closet, and starting from 7am I hear the door open and slam shut on top of hearing the cleaning crews entire conversations from outside the door. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would return if I knew I’d get a quiet room with curtains.

Don't waste your money
I showed up at 1 PM hoping to check in a little early, but no , they wouldn't rush and told me to come back at 3 PM. I find something to do for two hours and come back at 3 PM , only to be told my room isn't ready yet and I should wait another half hour. Another guest comes and checks to see if her room is ready shortly after I did at 3 PM and she is told that her room isn't ready either, but they will rush her room. Her room gets rushed and she is in her room by 3:30 PM. I ask them if my room is ready at 3:30 PM only to be told it still isn't ready. Finally by 3:45 PM my room is ready. I had to work a graveyard shift so I ordered room service an hour before I had to leave at 9 PM. When I ordered they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. The food still had not showed up after 45 minutes, so I called to find out when and if the food was still coming. They said, "don't worry, it's ready in 2 minutes and will be right to your room.". I wait an additional 15 minutes beyond the two minutes, but still no food. I couldn't wait any longer for the food so I had to leave the hotel and go to work. On the way out of the hotel I informed the front desk that I ordered room service, but it had not showed up, but I could no longer wait for it. They promptly replied, "ok, have a good night". I received no apology, no comp service, nothing. Their customer service is horrible!!! Their room service is horrible. This hotel is not worth the money at all!!!

I had a reservation but no room
I never stayed here. I had a two night reservation but when I arrived onsite at midnight after a long day of travel I was told there were no rooms left. The front desk told us we would be staying at their sister hotel, only to find out they didn’t have any rooms either. My husband and I sat in the lobby around midnight for a solid 30 minutes before they found us a room at another Hotel in the area. We were told we had to check into this new hotel for one night, check out the next day, and check back in at the Mosiac. We were only in town for two days, and checking in/out of the hotels was going to cut into our one full day to explore. I asked the front desk about the option to cancel our second night if we found a room at our new hotel and he said no problem, just to call in the morning. I called back in the morning to cancel our reservation, and the front desk told me it had already been canceled. Thank god we got a new room at a different hotel otherwise we would not have had a place to sleep! Days later, and I did not see my refund being processed. I called and they followed up with the hotel, only to find out they never canceled my second night reservation and told me I was a no show. I finally received a refund, but it was so much hassle for what I thought would be a relaxing weekend in LA. I will not be staying here the next time I’m in town.

I didn’t stay on this property by the time I checked in at 11:30pm they said my room had a leak in it and moved me to there sister property the Maison. Which was nice but I think is less expensive. They were apologetic and gave comp breakfast passes which we did not use since we had to leave early in the morning.

Great stay, great price
It’s not the most expensive hotel, but worth the price. Staff was great. My only request: the rainfall shower head is great but needs to be more than two inches from the wall. You can’t shower in comfort when you have to lean against the wall under shower head to get water.
